BIG PARTY.BY' EXPRESS TRAIN

The mail train which left : Napier this morning for Wellington-is heavily loaded. It is bringing 32S refugees for distribution as follows: —Jlain Trunk, 100; Taranaki, 25, Wairarapa, 9; Wellington, 113; South Island, 15; Palmerstoiv North, 66. There is one hospital car with two patients for Wellington. By the afternoon passenger train from Napier yesterday, 223 refugees arrived in Palmerston North. Ninetysix were sent on to Wanganui, arriving there at 3 o'clock this morning, and tho remainder were \ accommodated at Palmerston: North. ■
