CHATEAU TONGARIRO
VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TIMAI4U, 9th February. It is reported that the shareholders of the Tongariro Park Tourist Company, which owns tho Chateau Tongariro, reached a unanimous decision that the company go into voluntary liquidation. Tho resolution, carried by a meeting which was held at Timaru, reads as follows: "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company bo wound up voluntarily and that Mr. Harold Coxhead', of Timaru, accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up." Mr. J. A. Gentles, public accountant, of Auckland, and Mr. 8. Mitchell, accountant, of Christchurch, have been appointed receivers for debentureholders.
