NUMEROUS CASUALTIES
(.Received 10th February, 2 p.m.) TOKIO, 9th February. Terrific gales and snowstorms yes- j terday interrupted tho northern railways communication. Numerous casualties are. reported. A coastal motor-boat was wrecked and twelve drowned. A trawler capsized and thirteen were drowned.
