CHARGES AGAINST SOLICITOR

Facing six counts of aiding and abetting persons to make declarations which wpuld amount to perjury if made on oath in respect of transactions in connection with the State Advances Office, Walter Ernest Brian Dunningham, aged 23, solicitor, _of Auckland, was brought I up- i'or ! trial in the Supreme Court. . ] The Crown Prosecutor said the charges agaiust accused concerned declarations made in support of applications to the State Advances Office by persoiiSjin whom Cunningham had interested himself or who had consulted the firm in which the young'solicitor was a partner.
