HUTT VALLEY SERVICES
Special services were held at all the! Lower Hutt and Potoue churches yos- ; terday, and at each either the offerings' for tho day were given or, a special collection was made on behalf, of sufferers in the stricken area. The morning service at St.. James Church, Lower Hutt, was attended by the Mayor and councillors.
During the coining week meetings for prayer am being held each evening in Petone, and on Wednesday a united intercessory gathering will be held in St. Augustine's Church.
