All people requiring information regarding the arrival of friends or relatives in Wellington are requested to telephone the Bed Cross depot, Thorndon, telephone 45-150 or 45-15.1. To assist the recording of all persons arriving from the stricken area, those who have gone straight to friends and who have not reported to the Bed Cross depot, Thorndon, are requested to do so immediately, thus enabling a complete record to bo kept. This will assist in answering inquiries for friends and relatives. The .telephone numbers are the same as above.
