EXCELLENT PROGRESS MADE
Tho Prime Minister has received the following, telegram from- the Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, Minister of Heatlh, who is at present in Napier:— "Things progressing excellently. New spirit here. People leturning houses. Water, sewerage, lighting rapidly im-, proving. Some businesses reopening. Council's Citizens' Committee functioning excellently. Navy still excellent work, jfood, clothing, shelter, transport abundant; field1 hospital and dressing station well-nigh perfect. Not one case sick or injured without proper care.'?
