(Received 6th February, 10 a.m.) « MUNICH, sth February. (Tausend, the goldmaker, was found guilty of fraud and sentenced to fortyfooir months' imprisonment, of which twenty have already been served while aiwaiting sentence., The laboratory material, including gold, has been confiscated. _^
