BETTER PRICES,

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency; Company, Ltd., has received the following advice from its London house, dated 10th .December:— "Dairy. Produce (last week's figures iv parentheses):-Butter, New Zealand choicest salted, 110s to 112s per cwt (105s to 106s); there, is a shortage of supplies available for the Christinas trade. Cheese: White 62s to 63s per cwt (60s to 61s), coloured 60s (57s to 58s). The' market is steady." ' ■ Messrs. Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., have received the following market report from Messrs. Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, dated 10th December, 1930: "New Zealand Butter: 112s per cwt. Owing improved demand, market short supplied on. account of fog. New Zealand Cheese: White 63s per cwt, coloured 61s; better demand."
