GOOD SEND-OFF
(Received Sth December, 8 a.m.) LONDON, 7!h December. A crowd of New Zealandcrs and others, led by Sir Thomas Vilforcl (High Commissioner) cheered thrico three times as Mr. Forbes, Sir Thomas Sidey, their wives, and staff, departed for Franco from Victoria Station. Those present included, Mr. Thomas, Sir Maurice Hankey, Sir Harry Batter: bee, Sir Edward Harding, Licut.-Col-onel H. V. B. De Satge, and Mr. Vincent, representing Mr. Ramsay MacDonald.
