BREACH OF PROMISE
CLAIM SETTLED FOR £500
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NELSON, This Day. When the case Lizzie Harper v. Percy Scott Hbycock, a claim for damages for alleged breach of promise of marriage, was called at the Supreme Court to-day, it was announced that a settlement had been arrived at. The defendant had agreed that judgment should be entered for £500, with costs. Judgment was entared up in terms of the settlement.
