FALSE DECLARATION
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Samuel Thomas Baker (36),' a carpenter, was arrested last night and charged to-day that in August, 1929, he made a false declaration in support of an application by himself for a loan from the State Advances Department. He was remanded to llth December, when similar charges, against others, who have already been arrested, will be heard. Bail was granted.
