(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Net profit of £5454 is shown in the annual report and balance-sheet of the Traders' Finance Corporation, Ltd., Auckland, for the year ended 30th September, 1930. With the balance brought forward of £1122, a total of £6576 is available for distribution. The directors have paid the preference dividend totalling £2385 and their honoraria of £250. After making provision for income tax at £1050, a balance of £2891. is left, from which the directors recommend payment of a dividend on ordinary shares of i per cent., which will absorb £2297, and leave £594 to be carried forward.
