Ott'enders against the bylaws were dealt with in the Magistrate's Court yesterday" by Mr. T, B. M'Neil, S.M. For driving-in a manner which might. have been dangerous to the public, Roy Hammington was fined £3. The Magistrate made an order that the conviction should be endorsed on his licence. The following fines were inflicted for similar offences:—Robert Drain, £3; Sydney 1. B. Tucker, £1 10s; Reginald Scott, £1; •Frank Morris.oll, 10s. Raymond Castle:'.was fined 10s for pavkingvless than 15ft from a building line. •..■Paßsuig:''.;,a\motor>'car at an intersection cost Sidneyvßassin. £1.. For passing a vehicle on the wrong side, Cecil W, Isaacs -was .fined £2. Not having-a number'"plate on a motorcycle cost Frederick' Page 10s. . A nrie,of,:'£l was-inflicted on,Gavin D. Pcacock'ib.r failing to keep to the left. For liofc.liaving drivers' licences, Leonard Philp; James Gilberdi'-aTid Reginald A. Hallam were each convicted and ordered to.pay costs.';On a. similar charge Abner M. King was .fined 10s. ; 'Clarence R.V;Harris was fined £1 _ for leaving: a car unattended. Fines of 10s in e'acn '-'case were inflicted on James H. Brbeks, Frederick W. Creswell, John <Dkvies, Fi'ancis. H".-Jensen, and" Robert M. Stradinor.e. for : similar' offences. . : Haying, defective lights on vehicles cost James Gilbeiid,-Wallis A. Knapp, and Sydney AY. Webb 10s each. A fine of 10s was inflicted on Don L. fe. Ransom for parking on a bend. Kenneth Wilton was fined £2 for having a defective silencer. ;. , For failing to give way at an intersection Guy D. Mattina was fined £1. -
