"BABY" CAR MYSTERY
POLICE ON A CLUE
WELSH MINER MISSING
LONDON, 30th November. The police are hopeful of clearing upthe mystery of the body iv the blazing "baby" car. Following the discovery of the murder, the disappearance from Brighton, on Ist November, fs reported of Thomas Waite, an unemployed Welsh miner, whose home is in the Midlands. Sir Bernard Spilsbury's examination indicated that the victim had been a minor and the piece of unburned cloth found at the scone of the crime exactly corresponds with the clothes Waite was reported to have been wearing.
The badly burned body of a man was found in the smouldering remains of a baby car near Hardingstone village a few days ago, and the police arrested the owner, of the car, Arthur Alfred Eouso, who is now being charged with murder.
