In a Parliamentary answer to-day, the Secretary for India, Mr. Wedgwood Benn, said that the strength of the boycott of British goods in India had varied greatly' in different places and from time to time, and cotton goods had been more severely boycotted than others. The boycott was now weakening- over India as a whole,' but was still effective in Bombay.
