OLD NAVALS CLUB

The Old Navals Rifle Club fired the first shoot of the Hodder Cup competition at Treutham on Saturday afternoon, over. 300 and SOO, yards ranges. The shoot counted for the ohampioiiship and second series. A gusty left wind prevailed throughout the afternoon, and this made big scoring somewhat' difficult. However, some good scores were recorded at both ranges Pres W M'Bain was top-scorer at the oUU yards range with 48, followed'by .I*. C. Standidge with 44, P. W. Congreve .41, 'and J. Gulling 43. At the 500 yards _range the best scores were, W. Kelly 47, P. W. Congreve 47. R. Dawsbn .46. and \v. ±>elj 46 The best aggregate gun. scores :are:— Pres. W. M'Bain 92, P.. W. Cougreve 91, F. G.
