CLASH WITH CONDS
DELHI, 22nd September. Four Gonds were killed and fifty injured at Bordeshi, a village in the Betul district, in the Central Provinces, as a result of a clash with the police. Several hundred Gonds attempted to rescue thoso arrested.
The Gonds aro a most primitive tribe.
