The Punjab police, hard on the track of terrorists, discovered a factory and twenty bombs, besides material for the manufacture of bombs. The police also found on tho banks of the Biver Vavi the skeleton of a man ,in a grave obviously hastily dug. The police _ believe that those remains are. those of Bhagwanti Charan, second in command of the Punjab terrorists, who was wanted by tho police for two years for conspiracy. It is believed that a bomb exploded in his hands whilo tests ■ were being made. , . ' . / :
