■ Price-cutting of Russian wheat, according to a" leading member of the Corn Exchange,, has knocked, the'bottom from tbe"market,to-day. He said: ''I cannot remember, such a terrible eitualion in the grain industry.. Prices here and in Liverpool'.'are'ridiculously' lotv.
"This wheat is grown in Russia by serfs, thus it- can' be marketed at a lower lever than British Empire wheats.
