SALVATION IN SEGREGATION
ATTITUDE IN SOUTH
United Press Association—By Electric Teleeraph—Copyright. (Received 22nd September, 11 a.m.) CAPE TOWN, 21st September. Referring to the partitioning of Africa by European Powers, Mr. P. G. W. Groblcr, Minister of Lands in the Union .Government, said: "We shall refuse to acquiesce in the mistake of forty years ago being repeated by the declaration that within any British territory the natives' interests will havo preference over Europeans. I am positive we shall find the salvation of both races in segregation, and we are going to do it."
