(By Telegraph.—r.<M Aifociation.) •DANNEVTRKB, 20th September. The Southern Hawkes Bay golf tournament concluded in fine weather. A. E. Ekstedb (Palmerston North) defeated H. S. Hindmarsh (Napier), in the championship final, 6 and 5, the winner being too experienced for his! younger opponent. In the Dannevirke Handicap final, G. Broadhead (Wanganui) beat F. Bullick (Dannevirke), 7 and 5.
