Sir Charles and Lady Statham. arrived from Dunedin yesterday for the session. Lady Carncross and Miss Carneross, Eltham, are due to arrive in Wellington to-morrow. Sir Thomas and Lady Sidoy, Duneclin, arrived iv Wellington yesterday. Mrs. F. J. Earlo has returned to Nelson after a 'visit to Wanganui and Wellington. Miss Sheila Maegregor, who has been sfcayiug with Miss Cava Johnston, returned to Gisborne to-day. The Hon. .G. J. Smith and Mrs. Smith, "Riverlaw," Christchurch, will arrive in Wellington on Wednesday morning for the session. Miss Mona Blair, Gisborne, who has been tho guest of Miss Joan Wheeler, has returned home. Mrs. George Marring, Auckland, has boon speeding a few days in Wellington before leaving by the Rangitaae for England. Miss S. Grant, Tokomaru Bay, is the guest of' her aunt, 'Mrs. J. Darling, Kclburn., . Mr. and Mrs, H. S. Kyle, Riccarton, Christchurch, will arrived in Wellington on Wednesday next for the session. Mrs. T. W. Lewis, who has been visiting Napier, has returned to Wellington. Commander and Mrs. Vaurian havo returned to Wellington after a visit to Russell, Bay of Islands. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson, Tauranga, who havo been the guests of Dr. and Mrs. W, Fell, Mahina Bay, left on Friday for a trip to Japan. Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Meyer, Cashmere Hills, Christehureh, are at prqscnt visiting Wellington. . 1 Mrs. Ken Duncan is roturning toWellington to-morrow from England. ' Mr. Henry Holland, M.P., and Mrs. Holland will arrive in Wellington on ( Wednesday for the session. Mrs. Agmen Smith and Miss Barbara Smith, Papakura, are fhe guests of Mrs. C, Tringbam, Talavefa terrace. Mrs. Barclay is leaving England early next month by tho Bangitiki for New Zealand, to visit her brother;in-law, Sir Heaton Rhodos, Otahuna, ' Christchurch.
