(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MASTERTON, This Day. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, A. K. M'Donald, was pioceeded against on four charges in relation to tho storage of ice-cream in unlicensed premises and exposing it for sale in rusty and dirty receptacles. . Ho was fined £10, on a charge relating to using dirty receptacles, and on the others was convicted and ordered to pay costs. The solicitor for tho Borough Council, who prosecuted, asked the Magistrate to take a serious' \-iew. of the case, as the defendant was in a big way of business and supplied a great .-many, shops allover the country. The Magistrate said the promises and receptacles were not in a fit state to be used. ■
