OVERCOME BY FUMES
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS, Ist May. Aii accident which is liable to happen to any motorist or mechanic unless tie takes, precautions occurred to a local garage proprietor, Mr. B. OgilWe. He was working underneath a car in a pit at his garage, and did not notice that petrol was dripping on his clothes from a leaking carburettor. He was overcome by the vapour, and when found two hours later was lying on his faco in a pool of benzine, unconscious. He is making good progress.
