DISAGREEMENT WITH- RULING
; (By Telegraph.—Press'Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Mr. A.. Harris, the president of the Otago Rugby Union, disagrees with the New Zealand Management Committee's decision that a mark can be allowed only when a player has both feet on the ground. He stated that when the Maoris played in England a mark was allowed when ■ a player jumped in tho .air; caught the ball, and made a mark on the ground on landing.
