WEST COAST HARD HIT
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) GBEYMOUTST, This Day. Seventy-five per cent, of the West Coast timber mills are row to work an average of four days a week. There is only a very limited demand for red and white pine from Australia. Some of the mills are closing altogether.
