FORCED DOWN IN BULGARIA
(Received 30th April, noon.) LONDON, 29th April. ■ The Duchess of Bedford, on her return flight from South Africa, was forced down at Dragoman, on the Bulgarian frontier, owing to a broken oil pipe. She expects to be able to resume the flight to-morrow. < .
