' Miv Searle then moved a further amendment:—"That rule 26a, clause 14, fee deleted and that the Appointment Board, consist of three active referees choien by the Kef erees' Association, the names of the Appointment Board to be submitted to the Management Committee of the Rugby Union for approval. Further, that the names of the referees chosen by the Appointment Board for each;match: be submitted to the-Man-agement Committee of the Kugby Union for approval two days before each match."
