Keferenee was made by the chairman (Mr. J. S. Stalker) at the annual meeting of the Port Nicholson Amateur Road Cycling Club last.evening, to tho fatal inquiries received by the young Auckland rider, L. Aldred, towards the conclusion of a race at Auckland on Saturday afternoon. Members stood in silence as a mark of respect. Messrs. Ramsey AVilson and Co. will sell men's suits, etc., at 152, Eiddiforcl street, on. JFriday, at 1.30 p.m.
