MISSING AIRMEN

BODIES TO BE BROUGHT OUT

(Received 22nd February, 2.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, 21st February.

A Vancouver message from Fairbanks, Alaska, states that a radio message, from Grogson reports that Eielson's body was found buried in snow near the wreckage of his aeroplane. The flyer had been killed instantly, and his body, with Borland's, who was also in the 'plane, was some 300 ft from the 'plane, indicating that it had crashed with terrific impact. Eielson's body was found, by the Soviet pilot, Commander Slipneov, and was pliced with Borland's on the 'plane, which will bring them to Alaska when the weather permits. Borland will be buried at Seattle, and\Eielson at Hatton, North Dakota.
