WOOLBROKERS' LOWER RETURNS.
Messrs. Winchcombe, Carson, Ltd.i Sydney, annoihice interim, half-yearly dividend at the'reduced rate of 7 per cent, per annum, 10 per cent, having been the regular distribution for many years. In common with.' other pastoral companies, Winchcombe, Caraon, Ltd., has suffered through the fair in wool prices and curtailment of offerings. .Turnover in other departments has also fallen off. Pitt, Son, and Badgery, Ltd., and Elder, Smith, Ltd., recently declared dividends at reduced rates, and the impression on' the Stock Exchange is that Goldsbrough, Mort, and other concerns with pastoral Interests', will lower their distributions to shareholders.
