WINDING CREEK GOLD.
The Winding Creek Gold Mining Company, Limited, reports that work at the mine is* progressing steadily. The cleaning up of the hole in the lower level is now completed, and a sump is :being put in. The wash from this ground is now being put through the boxes, and a fair percentage of gold is being recovered from the entrance to drive. The. ground is similar to the high level, being of good standing character. .
