SWIFT ACTION
NADIR KHAN AND SHINWAEIS
(Eeceived 21st February, 2.15 p.m.) DELHI, 20th February.
Nadir Khan, King of Afghanistan, is taking swift action against the Shinwari tribesmen who participated in the recent revolt at Torkham, and the tribal elders have been informed that unless the rebels surrender within three days four thousand Afghan regulars, armed with machine guns and surrounding the Shinwari country, will attack.
