Dull. and drooping describes the New Zealand hemp market, -with erratic demand. Considerable difficulty exists in making-sales, and business o£ a hand-to-mouth character continues. Export prices are nominal and as follo^: Good fair, £28 per. ton; high fair, £26 10s; low fair, £23; common, £21. Tow, firsi grade £14 per ton,, second grade £12 10s. .
