Tho match' between the M.0.0. aud Wanganui will not bo played, whilo the game against.Taranaki Will take place at Now Plymouth on Wednesday, 26th February, and Thursday, 27th February, ,
The New, Zealand Council officials at present in /Auckland (Mr. A. T. Donnelly^ D. Iteece, and W. H. Winsor) wore delighted at tlio sporting manner in which Wangaiiui. agreed to forego their fixture. In a telegram, to tho council tho Wanganui body expressed regret at losing the match, but wished the council every success for the fourth Test. Tho council are also grateful to tho Taranaki Association for falling into line with the new arrangements. 11.I 1. T. Badcock is not available for the fourth Test. ■
The Auckland Association at a meeting to-night decided on behalf of the Auckland public to thank the Wanganui Association for foregoing its match, thus allowing the fourth' Test to be played.
