NEW YORK, 17th February.. / Bishop Manning, from the pulpit of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, referred to tho Pope's and the Archbishop of Canterbury's protests against the alleged religious persecution in Russia, and announced special services in the Cathedral on IGth March for members of all sects to "pray for intercession on behalf of thoso suffering."
