The Government is considering its attitude to interpellations iv Parliament requesting that an end be put to the actions of Moscow's agents in France. "lie Ma tin" states that the kidnapping of Koutepoff and tho events in Indo-China have created an exceedingly hostile Parliamentary atmosphere against tho Soviet. The Government would probably not be opposed to a rupture if Parliament demanded it.
