Republicanism is undoubtedly arising with now vitality. There is a tendency on tho part of tho various political elements to combine into groups of Republicans and Monarchists. A prolonged strike at a smelting works at Sagunto gave rise to a report that revolution had broken out there, but this is without foundation. ,
