HATAITAI SCHOOL.
The seventh annual meeting of the Hataitai School Old Students' Association (senior division) was held on Friday. There was a fair attendance. Mr. C. Robertson presided. The annual report and balance-sheet were adopted. Messrs. W. Fortune and L. H. Searle resigned the offices of president and Secretary, respectively. It was decided that the association should hold a picnic at Manor Park during the second week-end in March, the question of an eighth birthday party being left to. the incoming committee to deCJc. The ..election of officers resulted:' Patron, Mrs.iiH. R<'Searle'; president,.Mr. N.Hislop; "vice-presidents, Messrs. B. Kean, A.' A. Kirk, C. Robertson, W. Sykes, Mrs. Fouhy, Miss Bird, teaching staff of the Hataitai School;-committee, Missed I. Highet, E., Kennedy, .J. Combs, Messrs!. X, Claris, F. Johansen, R. Kean; secretary, Mr. D.- Elliott; treasurer, Mr. L. H. Searle. After supper ■ the evening concluded with a dance.
