CONFIDENCE IN CABINET (By .elegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") PALMEBSTON N., This Day. A meeting of tho executivo of the Palmerston North branch of tho United Party, presided over by Mr. 1\ Hubbard, passed a resolution stating that the branch had the greatest confidence in the present Cabinet, and in Sir Joseph Ward as leader of the party. Tho resolution also expressed entire satisfaction with tho legislation introduced by the Government last session, and' with tho decision of the Dominion executive regarding Mr. A. E. Davy.
