(To the Editor.). Sir,—ln reply to your correspondent^ "Sanitas," who has been writing concerning State Advances, I would like lo ask! a few questions. Has "Sanitas" a homa of his own, or is he one of those unfortunates who is paying a heavy rent,.or shaving a house? Has he considered the thousands who have been granted Govern* ment loans, and are not in trouble? Has he thought about the young couples whoi are struggling to get a homo of their own,.with the help of the State Advances? —I am, etc., HOPEFUL.
