YOUNG PLAN REFERENDUM
ELECTORS APATHETIC
United Press Association—By Electric Tele-
graph—Copyright.
BERLIN, 23rd December.
Yesterday's anti-Young Plan referendum is expected to result in fiasco. The most' optimistic estimate' is that not moro than eight millions out of forty-two millions of electors voted for the rejection of the plan. The majority of the electors were too busily engaged on Sunday in Christmas shopping to trouble to vote.
