HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE.

Sir Benjamin and Mr. John Fuller will commence their musical comedy season with a matinee performance at 2.15 on Boxing Day, with the delightful musical comedy, "Lido Lady." It is a bright and tuneful show, with many interesting features. "Lido Lady" is presented in two acts and six scenes. One of the big scenes is the Queen of Sheba pageant. Lido Lady" has a well-deflned plot, with delightful music, and the story is told in settings of the Lido and aboard the steamer Futuria. In addition to clever comedy, dancing, and rich modern frocking, the production is studded with delightful music numbers, outstanding amongst which are "You're on the Lido Now," "Lido Lady." "A Little Flat In Soho," "Blue Night," "My Heart is Sheba Bound," and "Atlantic Blues." The company Is headed by the English comedian, Freddie Forbes, who has been specially imported from England, together with Aster Faire and Ernest and Victor Arnley. A special engagement is "The Big Four," a fine vocal quartet, and supporting artists include Catherine Stewart, Betty Lambert, Verna Bain. Vera St. John, and Jack Phillips. Australia has long been recognised as the home of some of the world's finest ballet girls, and somo of the best of these have been chosen for "Lido Lady" and following productions Reserves are available at the Bristol, while grand circle reserves for Boxing night and Saturday are at Palmer's. ■
