TRAINING COLLEGE STAFF.
The executive of the Wellington Education Board reported to-day that in accordance -with the direction of the board it received and dealt with the report of the committee of advice in relation to the appointment of a vice-principal at the Training College. The committee of advice carried out the instructions of the board, and accorded a personal interview to the four applicants approved by the board. The executive approved the recommendation of the committee of advice that Mr T. K. Kane, M.A., be appointed vice-principal, and directed the secretary to inform the Minister (the Hon. 11. Atmore) accordingly.
