Pfahlerts' Hotel, Ltd., Sydney, has been registered with a capital of £100,000 First directors: C. P. M'Greal, W. M. Westphall, and C. H. P. Cooper. The hotel is well known to New Zealand visitors, and was at one time largely, if not entirely, owned by Wellington interests.
