INVERCARGILL, This Day. There is an enormous influx of visitors for People's Day at the Royal Show. Rain fell in the morning, but cleared before noon. There is now bright sunshine.
Championships for trotters and pacers:—Mare: T. S. Muirhcad (Waimatuku); stallion, T. M. Stewart (South Hillend).
