BATHING AT ALL HOURS

SYDNEY, This Day.
Unique scenes were witnessed at Sydney's beaches last night. The temperature during the afternoon soared to' 99 degrees and thousands of people flocked to the beaches. Many were bathing until the early hours of the morning. Twelve thousand sought refuge from the heat at Coogee's sharkproof enclosure. Numerous accidents of a more or less serious nature wore reported. The life savers dia splendid work.
