PILSUDSKI'S POSITION
PANDEMONIUM IN PARLIAMENT
WAKSAW, 7til December,
Pandemonium raged in Parliament late.last night after the carrying of a no-confidence vote in the Government by 24G to 120. This is the culmination of General Pilsudski's feud with the Speaker. Though all day armed and gas-masked guards were outside Parliament House, there was no disorder till the Government was defeated, when Communists, whose earlier no-confidence motion was rejected, catcalled on the announcement of the adverse vote and sang the Communist anthem, and waved an international red banner. The Speaker was powerless and left the chair. All filed out without noise, except the Ministerialists, who remained and cheered General Pilsudski. It is surmised that the latter has now no course but to reconstruct his Ministry.
