MR. NASH'S MEETINGS

Meetings of Mr. Nash's committees were held in. various portions of the electorate on Saturday afternoon and evening. In Petone there was a good muster of members, and arrangements for literature distribution and further canvassing were made. Good reports were received in regard to Mr. Nash's prospects. Plans for the completion of the Labour campaign were put in hand. At Moera a meeting was well attended by the members of the local committeo formed for the purpose of promoting Mr. Nash's candidature. Mr. P. Fraser, M.P., organiser, was pre: sent.' The reports from those present in regard to Mr. Nash's prospects werf considered most encouraging. A further meeting of delegates from the various committees working for Mr. Nash was held, and the reports from all districts were regarded as being uniformly good.
